Werkstückspannung und Aufspanntechnik
Die richtige Werkstückspannung ist entscheidend für präzise Fräsergebnisse. Unser Sortiment umfasst T-Nutensteine und Spannpratzen für Voll- und Hohlkammerplatten, Zentrierschraubstöcke sowie komplette Vakuumtische mit Modulen und Durchfräsmatten. Für flexible Aufspannung empfehlen wir unsere BZT-Anschlagschienen mit T-Nutensteinen.
Werkzeugaufnahmen und Spannzangen
Passend zu Ihrem Fräsmotor oder Ihrer HF-Spindel führen wir Spannzangen in allen gängigen Systemen: ER16, ER20 sowie Spannzangen für Kress, AMB, Mafell und Suhner. Die 43-mm-Eurohalsaufnahme ist unser meistverkauftes Adapter-Produkt. Ergänzend bieten wir 65-mm- und 80-mm-Spindelaufnahmen sowie automatische Werkzeugwechsler.
Schmierung, Kühlung und Absaugung
Für längere Werkzeugstandzeiten sorgen unser INDUOIL Hochleistungsöl HL-3 und die Minimalmengenschmierung MDE. Das BZT-Wartungsset für Bosch-Rexroth-Führungswagen hält Ihre Linearachsen in Top-Zustand. Zur sauberen Span-Entsorgung finden Sie bei uns Zyklonabscheider von 20 bis 60 Litern sowie Kärcher-kompatible Absaugsysteme.

What accessories do I need to get started?
That depends heavily on your application. For woodworking, a T-slot table and extraction system are often sufficient. For metalworking (aluminium/steel), we recommend a cooling system (MMS), a vice and more robust cutters. Our sales team will be happy to put together a custom starter package for you.
Are BZT accessories compatible with other brands?
Yes, many of our components follow industry standards. Our routers have standard shank diameters, our collets (ER standard) fit into commonly available tool holders, and our vacuum tables can often be adapted. For electronic components (controllers, drives), however, we recommend a check by our support team.
Can I upgrade my CNC router later?
Absolutely. That is one of BZT's strengths. Almost all of our series are prepared for retrofitting. Typical upgrades include switching from a simple milling spindle to a high-frequency spindle with a tool changer, retrofitting an enclosure (housing), or integrating a 4th axis.
